Parent Volunteers - Vulnerable Sector Check
for 2021-2022 School Year
To help make field-trips happen for our students, our teachers need the support of accompanying parent volunteers. Please plan ahead by completing an RCMP vulnerable sector check now.
All parents volunteering in any capacity, indoors or outdoors, must have a current (within the last 12 months) RCMP Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records Check on file with the school.
Follow the below link and click on "Volunteer Letter -VulnerableSec Check 2021 CCHS-Alpenglow". This will open a document with instructions to first call the school to receive a personalize volunteer request letter, and then to email the RCMP to obtain your Vulnerable Sector Check.
Please note after the request has been made, it could take some time to get back to you, so please plan ahead and get your request in with ample time before you volunteer.
