Marketing Coordinator for ACES & Raffle Coordinator
Raffle Coordinator
The ACES raffle is one of our top fundraisers and we are looking for an organized person to take the lead for us. This volunteer role will start immediately and run through to the end of the Raffle, normally held in May. Generally volunteer hours for this role will cover your family's required hours.
This person will coordinate acquiring the license, printing the tickets, distributing tickets to each classrooms representatives, collection of tickets stubs, and being team leader on the raffle date. This person will work closely with ACES Fundraising Coordinator and Administrative Assistant as well as have their full support.

We are looking for someone to develop a communications and marketing plan for ACES (Alpenglow Community Education Society).
We want to increase the efficiency of both our internal and external communications, and to find pathways to share the amazing stories and events of our school to both our own Alpenglow community, and also those who are considering it to be an educational option for their own families
