As the world blossoms from the cold of winter we celebrate this time of renewal and growth by joining together in nature and reverence. In our Waldorf-inspired pedagogy emphasizing the rhythm of the changing seasons helps students connect with nature. With budding plants and blossoming flowers, Spring is the perfect setting for a joyful time together!
At Alpenglow School's Springfest Celebration we embrace the approaching longer days through a variety of festivities. The Grade Three students perform a traditional Maypole Dance, the Enchanted Forest comes to life with crafts and activities, and a delicious BBQ with a potluck encourages connection. Springfest is a beautiful celebration of community and hope as we anticipate the warmer days ahead.
