Important ACES (Alpenglow Community Education Society) Signup and Payment Information for the 2025/26 School Year
It’s time to complete your ACES membership and program fee registration for the 2025/26 school year.
All families with children attending Alpenglow — whether new or returning — must register through the Alpenglow Community Education Society (ACES) online system.
About ACES
Alpenglow School is an Alternative Program offered through the Canadian Rockies Public School Division (CRPS). ACES is the non-profit society that supports and enhances this program. As the Program Advisory Group, ACES collects fees to help fund and deliver the unique components that set Alpenglow apart.
Why You Need to Register
All families with students enrolled in Alpenglow are automatically members of ACES. As a registered society, we are required to maintain an accurate membership list — this is separate from any information you provided to CRPS during school registration.

Once logged in:
ACES Membership Fee
You will also need to add an ACES Society Membership to your cart. This is a $50 fee per family (not per child).

If you are not paying by credit card, you won’t be able to complete registration online. Please email Maureen to arrange registration and a payment plan.
Once you’ve completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation by email.

- Sign all required consents electronically
- Manage registration for multiple children in one place
Getting Started
Click the “Sign Up Here” button at the bottom of this page to access the ACES registration and payment system.
- If you're a returning family, log in using your existing username and password.
- If you're new to Alpenglow, you'll need to create a new account.
Once logged in:
- Register each child by selecting their grade level from the session list and adding it to your cart.
- Complete the required consents as prompted.
- Repeat this process for each of your children attending Alpenglow.
ACES Membership Fee
You will also need to add an ACES Society Membership to your cart. This is a $50 fee per family (not per child).
Please:
- Add only one ACES Membership per family.
- Include it with just one child’s registration — even if you have more than one child enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 6.
Payment Options
When checking out, you’ll be able to:
- Pay in full, or
- Choose a payment plan, which begins with a $300 deposit (unless you have already paid a Kindergarten deposit), followed by:
- Two lump sum payments, or
- Monthly or quarterly installments
